Venue : St. Theresa’s Cathedral, Cedar Avenue, Hamilton

Time of Service: 3 pm

2:15 pm   : City Hall steps(Church Street), all leaders, cubs, scouts, and guide leaders , brownies, guides . In full uniform and flag bearers. All gather to form parade .

Explorer Leader, Brad Woodings will be the parade marshal.

The Somerset Brigade Band will march the parade to St. Theresa’s Church.

On arrival inside of Church : Flag bearers , ,will be directed to place flags in flag holders near the front of the church altar.

Reserved seating for cubs,scouts, leaders and girl guides, brownies and leaders.

At the conclusion of service :

Flag bears to collect flags from the altar.

All form up on Elliott Street in preparation for the march back to the City Hall steps for dismissal.

His Excellency the Governor and Commissioners will view the “march pass”, on Elliott Street, outside of the Church.

There will be a “collection” Offertory, taken in church.

All parents, friends of Scouting are all Welcome.
